The Past:
During the Christmas break White Mike and Alice, the girl whom he had run into, were walking down the beach in East Hampton and she told him a bit of her life.
When it become dark and cold she was going crazy and took all of her chlothes and ran into the ocean and coming out laughing and crying.

i think you don't know which time to wright in... or ur not sure what's the simple present form of the verbs
